When I first joined COIF as a mentee, I didn't realize the impact of true collaboration. Through COIF, I have the chance to connect with different like-minded people who share their experiences, challenges and support.

Upon joining the organization as a mentee, I saw how the team of leaders and Mentees work together, exchanging knowledge with confidence and unlocking opportunities. What I am experiencing in mentorship reminds me that, in a world like today where competition is emphasized, success is not just about "MY" wins, it's about lifting others up and creating meaningful progress together.

One of the most rewarding moments I have experienced was during our recent graduation ceremony where I had the opportunity to work with my fellow mentees as a team to complete all assigned responsibilities. We were able to do what we did because we worked as a body built by COIF. During this period I realized that collaboration is more than just working together with people, it's about combining strengths, sharing ideas and creating something greater than what one could have achieved alone. I realized that collaboration drives innovation, builds stronger bonds and leads to long lasting impacts.

What I am enjoying at COIF brings the words of Helen Keller alive: "Alone we can do so little, together we can do much".
