When I think of 'Diversity' as a Core Value at Coaches of Influence Foundation (COIF), I can't help but reflect on how it has given me the opportunity to get to know and connect with people who are different which has made all the difference in my mentorship journey.
With the diversity of ideas and mindsets, I have been stirred up to live outside of my comfort zone, enhance my learning, and develop an overall sense of personal growth.
Being in COIF introduced me to an international network, understanding the world at a deeper level, access to talent, innovation, improved problem solving which all lead to overall profitability.
