CORE VALUE - TOUCHING THE LIFE OF EVERY YOUTH THROUGH POSITIVE INFLUENCE
From the moment I stepped foot in Coaches of Influence Foundation (COIF), I realized that something was different. The few months I have spent in Mentorship with COIF helped me to realize that a diverse team makes better decisions than a non-diverse team.
As I reflect over my life and knowing that I have different individuals with various lifestyles, experiences and interests, the value of diversity that COIF taught me has impacted my life and relationships in a positive way.
With diversity awareness being taught to me, I have become more socially aware, more innovative and eager to learn and grow.
