At Coaches of Influence Foundation (COIF), the year 2019 closed out with a big bang with a meet & Greet session held on December 22^nd 2019.  This session brought together the selected candidates of the 1.0 mentorship program and 2.0 mentorship team to kick-off the 2020 program.

The full day session kicked off with an overview of the organization and the mentorship program.  The participants were then given the opportunity to share their expectations and goals for being part of the program.

The facilitator of the program – Dr. Margaret shared the vision, mission and core values of the organization as well as the expectations of the program.

Lunch and refreshments were served followed by a team building exercise which presented both the 1.0 and the 2.0 participants to interact, build rapport and share knowledge.
