As I watch and learn from what I see being displayed at Coaches of Influence Foundation (COIF), I have come to understand that "Diversity" is a practice including or involving young people from a range of different social backgrounds, genders, experiences, talents, skills and opinions in the organization.
Personally, I believe that diversity in COIF means embracing a variety of differences among people with varied backgrounds and perspectives which makes me feel bold to explore and discover new ideas and fostering creativity and innovation.
The experiences I have with the leaders and mentees of the organization makes me feel a sense of belonging - feel at home and being part of everything.
